Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify/cancel in that time frame will result in a $20 fee. There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 20% of services booked.
